Blooming Flora provide a modern slavery and human trafficking statement fully embracing section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. 
 
We commit to ensure modern slavery is never evident within our business and will never deal with suppliers or subcontractors where there is any suspicion of such activity.  Where we supply goods and services from third parties we will insist that values identical to our own are upheld at all times.

We commit to the on going development of a robust modern slavery policy and procedure that mitigates the risk of any exploitation of others through the procurement of goods and services from third parties. Due diligence will always be undertaken selecting new vendors to our supply chain. 

 

Blooming Flora only operate in the UK and will always ensure that employees or representatives are fully eligible to work within the UK. We pay at or above the national minimum wage and we do not use Agency labour.

Where we discover evidence of any breach of modern slavery or human trafficking legislation or guidelines, we will have no hesitation in alerting authorities and whistleblowing.
